Ingredients:

240 grams white beans
1 garlic clove
half red bell pepper without seeds
2 red bell peppers
juice of half a lemon
salty
1 tsp black pepper coarsely ground
20 ml 7M
crackers
30 grams of sesame
30 grams of pine nuts
40 grams of pumpkin seeds
40 grams of sunflower seeds
125 grams of linseed
2 tbsp sunflower oil
180 ml water
Preparation:
1: For the spread, remove the seeds from the peppers and roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees with olive oil.
2: Mix in a food processor: white beans, garlic, red pepper, coarsely ground pepper and 7M probiotics.
3: Let the peppers cool down, when cool you can peel them and add the pulp to the mixture in the food processor.
4: For the crackers, mix all ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes so that the seeds absorb the moisture.
5: Then spread the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper.
6: Put another sheet of baking paper on top and roll it into an even flat cracker with a rolling pin.
7: Bake this for 25 min at 175 degrees in the oven
